The Event Requirements set out the activities that rowers, coxswains and coaches must complete to be eligible for selection consideration, and may be updated or varied by Rowing SA.

The Rowing Australia benchmarks spreadsheet is required for State Team selection. Please download and refer to it when completing your erg tests and selection activities.
Exemption Form & Erg Submission
Exemption Form
If you are unable to attend a mandatory activity listed in the Event Requirements, you must apply for an exemption before the activity (for a mandatory regatta, before entries close). Use one form for each activity. Medical requests must include a medical certificate or a letter from a medical specialist. Exemptions are considered by the Selectors.
