The Oceania U22 Teams Rowing Championships is a premier event, featuring teams from all Australian states and New Zealand, and presents a fantastic chance for athletes to compete at this high level. It’s a great opportunity for clubs to engage athletes — particularly those who have taken a break since the National Championships — and get them back on the water, and to help athletes get fit and prepared for selection in the South Australian U22 Team.

Key Details:

  • Event Dates: TBC
  • Eligibility: Athletes must be aged between 18 (as at the start of the event) and 21 (as of 31 December in the competition year), with para-athletes exempt from the age limits. Eligible athletes cannot have been selected for the U23 or Senior A National Teams in the year of competition.
  • This event features a range of boat classes, including singles, doubles, pairs, quads, and eights, with para-athlete inclusion.
