Rowing South Australia State Teams
Rowing SA selects four State Teams each season to represent South Australia at national and international regattas. Together they make up South Australia’s high performance pathway, giving athletes a clear progression from school rowing, through Under 21 and Under 22 racing, to Senior Open competition, with Masters crews for experienced rowers.
Athletes, coxswains and coaches must nominate to be considered. Each year a selection panel is convened, and the State Team policies and Event Requirements set out the selection criteria and what is expected of everyone aspiring to make a team.
