Emma Fessey

Emma Fessey trains out of UTS Rowing Club under the guidance of Tim McClaren and David Gely. In 2018, she was selected into the Australian Rowing Team as part of the Women’s Eight squad that will race a the World Rowing Cups. The Sydney-sider is originally from a property 100kms north of Brewarrina and counts anything by AC/DC as a good way to pump herself up before a race. She is currently studying Honours in Food and Agribusiness and before relocating to the Hancock Prospecting Women’s NTC for training she worked for an online platform for the buying and selling livestock. She counts Taree, on the Manning River, as one of her favourite places to row. 2018 is the first year that Emma has been named on an Australian Rowing Team.
