Sarah Harte took up rowing at school and in 2015 won the Schoolgirls Victorian Championships, the APS Head of the River, Head of the Schoolgirls and the National U19 and Schoolgirls titles.
Outside of rowing, Harte competes at a high level in ocean water swimming and surf life-saving.
