Competing in the men’s eight, Tom Larkins won bronze at the U23 World Championships. He progressed to the senior World Championships in 2009, taking out the B final in the men’s eight. Larkins was unlucky to miss out on Olympic selection as one of a number of boats aiming for the men’s pair berth for London 2012. He has since returned to the eight competing at the 2014 World Cups and World Championships.
Outside of rowing, Larkins is studying architecture.
