Alice Arch

Alice Arch joined the Hancock Prospecting Women’s National Training Centre in 2016. The Victorian athlete, who had previously trained under the Victorian Institute of Sport, is currently studying Psychology and first represented Australia in 2016 at the World Rowing U23 Championships. Arch combined with India McKenzie in the U23 Lightweight Women’s Double Scull to compete at the event and finished fifth overall.

In 2017, the Victorian was named in the Lightweight Women’s Quadruple Scull, for World Rowing Cups 2 and 3 and the World Rowing Championships, with Georgia Nesbitt, Georgia Miansarow and Amy James. The crew went on to win gold at the 2017 World Rowing Cup 3 and silver at the 2017 World Rowing Championships.

In 2018, Arch was named the Lightweight sculling reserve for the World Rowing Cups.
