- Thursday, 17th December 4.8k TT
- TIME: 0700 – 08:15
- 0-2000 lanes 1,2,3 and Western side of Delfin Is, from Bower Rd
- Training during TT, you can only use Lane 0, and return via 5,6,7,8,9
- Please follow officials directions
- Please stay well clear of TT participants
- Saturday, 19 December 2km Small boats

- 0-2000 all lanes
- Course closed from 8.45 to 11.15am all lanes- NO TRAINING ALLOWED
Sunday, 20 December

- 500-2000 m lanes 5,6,7&8
- TIME: 07:00 – 12:00
- Training allowed in lane 0 and lane 9
Monday, 21 December
