Since Rhiannon Hughes from Tweak Physio delivered a webinar on Strength & Conditioning specifically for Masters in May, I have received several requests for S&C program support for their Master rowers.
Rhiannon has provided me with a recommended program to share with you and take to your club sessions. The exercises are rowing specific, however are not specifically catered to each individual’s ability. This program is intended for the use by healthy adult individuals and not for use by minors, pregnant women, or individuals with any type of health condition. Such individuals are specifically warned to seek professional medical advice prior to initiating any form of exercise regime.
