Just a quick update on Coach and Athlete Webinars and some additional resources that have become available.

This week our coaching webinars will focus on the ergo and will be run in two sessions:

This weeks athlete webinar will be aimed largely at Masters athletes but will have plenty of good information for all athletes and coaches. We would encourage all clubs with Masters Athletes to please pass these details on to their members.

As mentioned in previous communications, Rowing SA is attempting to establish an SA Rowing Coaches Network to enable greater communication with all SA rowing coaches about upcoming events and development opportunities. Lastly, the South Australian Sports Medicine Association has made a comprehensive variety of webinars and resources available for free to the South Australian sporting community with a particular focus on a safe return to sport and sporting environments. They will also be holding Facebook Live Q & A sessions from 5:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
